Our Student and Family Support Office is here to help parents and guardians navigate questions or concerns about their child’s education and ensure they are connected to the right support as quickly as possible.
While most questions are best addressed directly through your child’s school, we recognize that some matters may require additional support beyond the school level. The Student and Family Support Office provides families with a clear, consistent pathway for follow-up when more help is needed.
As always, we strongly encourage you to first bring your question or concerns to your child’s school and principal. If you require additional follow-up, please complete the form on this page and select one of the four categories below that best reflects your inquiry and elaborate in the Message section.
Step 1 - Call Teacher/Staff Member
Call a teacher or staff member for school-based concerns. If the concern is not resolved, contact the principal.
Step 2 - Call Principal
If the concern is not resolved by the Principal, contact the Superintendent.
Step 3 - Call Appropriate Superintendent
If the concern is not resolved by the Superintendent, contact the Director's Office.
